3rd time around -still no direction!!!

Hello ntombi_m,

Ruth has been in contact with you to assist with your complaint. She advised that the phone is beyond economical repair and out of warranty.

Thank you PN, yes Ruth did call me but I still have'nt received a solution. She first told me a story that because I didn't have insurance on my phone then they couldn't fix it because it would cost them more so I asked her to send me a document that actually has that information which she didn't but instead she called me again the following day to explain that the reason they didnt fix my phone is because it was out of warranty, when I asked when the warranty ended she didnt seem to be sure of what she was talking about and the phone call CONVENIENTLY went dead and that was the last I heard from her.

So now all I'm asking from you Cell C, please tell me which date my phone went out warranty and please send me a document that actually states that if my phone is damaged and you guys think its expensive for you to fix then I should claim from insurance and if I don't have insurance, well..shame on me!

I'm guessing this means if you're on cell c, you MUST have insurance. fine print maybe??
