Cell C is obviously colluding with Integrat as they have been billing me for a service I never subscribed to. I do not even know what mobigrate is!! When I call the Integrat office I am told that I must have pressed 1 in response to a voice message sent and not hung up. Their proof of subscribing is a list of sequence numbers. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I want my money back Cell C offers no protection to its clients from these thieving. Cell C says it is a third party and it is my problem, yet they are the one's who take money from my bank account. I did not sign up for this. This is blatant.
