Termination of cell phone contract prematurely

Vodacom cancelled my cell phone contract before its end date and they accused me of not having enough funds in my account. They even told me that my account has been handed to their debt collectors and I will be blacklisted if I do not pay the amount owing. They continued with these threats even when I told them that the problem is on their side. And I could not believe the incompetent staff they have at their call centre who are also liars. Vodacom does not care and I feel that they took me for granted. They only care about the bottom line, that is very clear to me now. I cannot believe their appaulling conduct when dealing with their own customers. I was stressed for several months and even had stinging headaches because of their threats. I have even sent this matter to the NCC. And only now, 2months after the contract ended in May, that they admit that it was them who did not debit my account and STILL I'm pressurized to decide on how am I going to pay the outsanding amount. No apology for the inconvenience. I should just make arrangements on how I'm going to pay back R2568 and odd rands, which was not even suppose to be outstanding to begin with. What type of people do such...?
