My mum who is sick and collects a state pension was spamed by this company she was call on the fone and offered a fone but didn't know what was really coming the agented who was greedy sold my mum a open contract fone which was billed at the time she foned to find out why they whr not debting her account the legal department told her after a month and a half that they had a wrng account number and her bill was 2000rand. She didn't not undastand how it was so much and when I checked I found out it was the internet that was not connecting but was being charged for so my mum was paying and has paid a total of 1800rand and still has a balance of 630rand so I fone the company and a female customer agent had been request to look in the recorded call for my mum and fone us and made arrangment to pick up fone from her. Now we request a letter be giving two her because they listed her on itc and she need a loan due to medical reason and now that they have the fone we are getting no responce from the female who was helping we also reguest the agents name and details in order to take legal action or for the company to refund her back her money cas she needs it and the company not responing
