No effective comminucation

I went to MTN to make a request for a contract phone and a tablet 3 weeks back (June 2013; This makes it the fourth week). Two weeks passed and there was no confirmation if whether my request had been approved / declined. I personally went there to find out, and I was then told that the items had been approved. The personnel never called to provide me with feed back. I was then told to return later the following week, because some of the products requested had not been delivered from the warehouse. I later went back, and still got told that there was a slight problem with the delivery, and I should come Friday at 14h00 (yesterday - 2013-07-26). When I went back on the 26/07/2013, the personnel told me that the device had been recieved and they still needed to complete the processing and register the items to my name. I waited for half an hour, until I was told to come over today (Saturday - 27/07/2013 before 14h00) because they were experiencing issues with their services, and maybe on the day, the issue would have been resolved. I went there on the day as advised at 12h50, only to find out that they never opened at all, whereas all they could have done was to call me to let me know.
