No delivery and now struggling to get my refund

I placed an order with Max Music on 20/09/2013 for 3 items, and I paid R240 into their bank account via internet on 20/09/2013. When I placed the order I was not informed that any of the items were out of stock or not available. On 26/09/2013 I was informed that the guitar stand would be in stock the next week, and the plectrums during October. On 11/10/2013 I enquired again and was told that the plectrums and guitar straps were still not received, but they have another guitar stand that will be available the next week, for R255. I said that was fine, I will pay another R15 and then only take the guitar stand. I paid the R15 on 11/10/2013 and was promised that it will be delivered the week of the 14th. Nothing was delivered. I was told on 18/10/2013 that it was scheduled to be delivered the next week (week of the 21st). Nothing was delivered. I followed up again on the 23/10/2013 and requested a refund. I was told that the request for the refund was forwarded to their head office. I wanted to know when my money will be paid back, but was only told that the detail was given to head office again.
