I dont think that paying for a service that doesnt exist is very fair to any customer < i am still struggling with the same problem as what i complained about for so long an absolutely nothing gets done about it < i just get sweet talked and thats the end of every thing so what the am i paying for then? i get a email adrress to replay to if i am having a problem but it doesnt work??!!! i am really fed up i expect to be refunded from the time the complaint was first logged because it hasnt been solved in 4 months, i complaind again today with your office picing up on the fault and again just giving me the run around.
