I have never seen such pathetic service as I have received from the Cell C customer care. I have logged a call to do a audit of my accounts a week ago and I didn't receive any feedback as yet, according to the verification mail I received, I will be contacted within 3 days, yeah right. I have upgraded my account from a 5Gig 3 Gig bundle which lasted me for a whole month, no after the upgrade to a 10 Gig, I am running out of data 10 days before every month. All my equipment stayed the same.
Cell C get your act together, you will loose clients.
