Account confusion - please explain

On the 1st of July 2013 it was my understanding that my current Virgin Mobile contract (R200 per month contract) was ending and thus I was told telephonically that my final debit order would be the 1st of August 2013. I then decided to upgrade online to a R99 per month 'Bring Your Own' contract.

On 1 September I was debited twice - an amount of R200 and an amount of R210. I would like someone to:

- email me a breakdown of how that R410 is calculated?
- explain why I'm still being billed R200 even though my final debit for R200 was supposed to be 1 August 2013?
- And tell me when my upgraded R99 per month contract will come into effect?
