I went overseas for 2mnt, when I came back, not been on roaming while I was overseas, I check my airtime available before started to contact my family... it was over R200. When I check it the next day it was all gone.
I reported it with MTN the following day. Week later did a follow up, where they said they can see the airtime have disappeared but don't know why.. Will see into the matter.. after more calls and enquiries I still haven't receive my R200 airtime back, and up to date its over 7weeks, what should I do...
