I have taken out a Cell C talk 200 over the phone with an Iphone 5. When I took delivery of the phone I realized afterwards that a Talk 100 has been loaded.
I immediately reported the matter on the 11th of July. After an unsatisfactory outcome I resubmitted a new query on the 17th of July (reference number 307 170 2263). Today is 10 days later and I still haven't heard a thing. Legal action is now unfortunately the only way to deal with this matter.
I want to warn all potential CELL C costumers to NOT take out any contract with them; not just because of the nature how contracts get sold, but also over the PATHETIC costumer service.
