I took a new contract with Cell C in January. And when i enquired at the Call Centre, my free MBs were only loaded as 300MB instead of the promised 500MB on the iPhone 5 deal.
On 3rd February I was given a Ref Number 3020300270 and nothing was done. I called three times after that and still it was to be resolved. But they are very quick to make sure their Debit Order goes through!
I was told that the decisoon-makers will listen to my complaint then action on it and i will receive an sms to say they are lookign at the matter. It is almost TWO MONTHS now and it is still not resolved!
Should have listened to my colleagues who advised me that CELL C has the worst service ever!
