May 2013 I took Apple Iphone 5 contract phone with Cell C.
when I received my Iphone from a courier company it was two phones the following day I phoned Cell C to tell them that they gave me two Iphones instead of 1 iphone they said they will send someone to come and collect the other phone and he came after few days to collect the phone, from May till now Cell C has been debiting my account for two phones for each phone they debit R399 and I phoned Cell C about the matter they always tell me that they will refund me all the money they debited for the other phone, even I haven't got that refund. on June 2013 I over spend my monthly limit to R843 and Cell C debited my account that R843 and R399 for the phone I don't have and the July spend my monthly limit to R1311 after they have debited that money for the month of July then they (Cell C) told me they will cancel the other phone and refund me all the money, to my surprise they cancelled the phone that I'm using and activated the one I don't have, for the whole of October I didn't use my Phone because Cell C deactivated my network but still they debit R808 for what I don't know.
