My husband has taken out 2 contracts on his name with Cell C.
We pay insurance on our phones every month.
On the first of July we took my phone in to the cell c alberton store to arrange for my phone to be fixed. we filled in the incident report and gave my number as a contact number because my husband has given me his phone to use until mine is repaired as i need it for work. we were told 21 working days.
On the 9th of July i received a sms from cell c: "your device has been booked in our repair management system."
Then on the 15th of July: "Your device has been received at the cell c repair centre in midrand and is queued for repairs."
On the 17th of July: ". A quote of R3013.89 has been received for your device. Please contact 084140 to accept/reject"..
First they never sent the insident form, then it would take 21 working days again cause they couldnt get hold of my husband on his number after they were told to use mine. now no one can tell us where my phone is or what is going on?? My husband has spoken to everyone from cell c call centre to an arrogant and very rude fool at cell c alberton. we want to cancel our contracts and move to another service provider.
