I bought a Groupon Voucher for a IPhone 4S from Cell C. It was delivered on 5th July, .on the 7th July the phone was dead. Took it to Cell C the Glen the manager confirmed that the phone was faulty. I phoned them on the 8th July to cancel the contract and collect the phone. My bank account was happily debited on the 9th July for the pro rata payment which I reversed. The phone was collected by their courier on 17th July. I spoke to Zintle; Kersha; Thabo; Lebohang: Happy; Lebo; Martha ;Johannes; Mbali; Fanyane;Shiburi;Olga;Maropeng;Thato;Lindelose: Sefako and Mazibuko on many different dates and times (which I have recorded), I got reference number 3071500828; 3071001829; 3070902308; 30725001386 and still nothing gets done. On the 2nd August, 2013 my account was debited with R7859.25 for a cancelled contract. I spoke to Marcelle from collections who confirned the contract had been cancelled on 27th July, 2013 (which I now have an e mail to confirm). Now this is how conniving Cell C really is, On the 25th September, 2013 they put through an amount of R2859.25 which went through my bank then they tried to put through another R5000.00 which was returned. I await a reply
