A special was sent to me a FNB client that for R99.00 your receive 2 gigs. The sim card was delivered to me and now Cell C is charging me R280.00. Cell C has taken no responsiblity. The FNB call center have agreed that the deal is R99.00 but I have to take it up with Cell C. Cell C says I need to talk to FNB as they are the people who sold me the contract.
I have a reference number number 3051303716 which was logged on the 13th May 2013. It was escalated to FNB but no repsonse. My cell number for the eal is 084 368 5182. FNB has said a gentleman called " Alan " will call me. My bank account is with FNB and it is being debited without my knowledge. There is no written agreemet on this deal other than it is awarded to FNB clients. To qiote the call center of Cell C, " Mr Park, you have been wripped off" 2 gigs for R 279.00. yes, its a wrip off. For that amount, I could get a new phone and data
