Cell c is incompetent

I have been a cell c customer for 7 years. Been happy with prices and service until the last 9 months of.

On the 1st of July 2012 (yes twenty twelve!) My contract was cancelled in error by cell c.
I had R380 talk time available data - I spoke to head office & to their credit gave me a new sim card within 3 hours. But talk time gone.
They told me the talktime would be restored in 24 hours and I would get 1 month free as compensation.
9 months I still wait letters to legal, 15 reference number, 15 'escalations' - nothing -
I have now stopped paying - so I get cut off & threatened with black listing and legal action.

I tell them I will pay everything I owe within the hour that my problem is sorted out. Nothing. Only an SMS to threaten me. I say I am a loyal customer for 7 years - never one late payment - Nothing - SMS threatening me with black listing.

It is unbelievable how cell c treats people - I have now been cut off - my business is suffering but I stand firm - bring the legal action - OK will see you in court cell c
