Three months ago I was contacted by Cell C, asking if I would be interested in a contract for data. I agreed to a contract of R50 for 500 megabytes, including the data stick.

I was phoned by RAM Couriers and told that they could not deliver the stick in Vaalpark as it falls under Free State and they only deliver in Gauteng. I had to drive all the way to Vaal Mall to pick up the stick.

When I received my bill for May, it was almost R300, but I did not make an issue. When I received my bill for June it was R119. When I contacted Cell C about the matter, they said that they changed my contract to 2 gig for R119 a month. I was furious, as this was done without my knowledge. I told Cell C that I agreed to 500 megabytes for R 50. They apologized to me and said that the issue will be resolved. I have currently received my bill for July, in which R119 was deducted again. I phoned Cell C again and they told me that the matter was not perceived as urgent, but will be resolved. I have received three sms's stating that the issue will be resolved.

I am not happy about this, as I have been a customer for years and this is the first time I have experienced this kind of problem.
