A dissatisfied customer needs urgent explanation

I Have been trying to load a self service data bundle on my phone for the last 3 months and every time i phone the call centre and they "say" they are registering me for self service and they load the requested 1gb bundle to my phone. Then after using the bundle i try to purchase another bundle, i again receive the message that i am not registered for self service. the past week (01/10/2013 to 04/10/2013) i have been contacting the call centre on a daily basis to try and sort this issue once and for all but still no bundle and still not registered. i am currently eligible for an upgrade but with service like this i am after 10 years of being a loyal MTN customer contemplating on waiting the contract out and just switching service providers.
