SPAM & Cold Calling

I am getting increased amounts of SPAM and Cold Calls. When I ask the offenders for where they got my details, MTN or RICA are named as the source.

When i Registered with MTN (included was the required RICA registration form) I explicitly stated that i do not want my details being used for anything other that legitimate contact.

Pretty poor ethics on MTN's part
