Some time last week i walked into standard bank margate to ask them to change my cellphone number. everything seemed to be changed except for cellphone banking. i have been trying to call the call centre on numberous occassions and noone can help. yesterday alone i spent more than 30 minutes being transferred from one consultant to another to simply change a cellphone number and to have access to cellphone baning access. i am more than disappointed and frustrated with the service standard bank offers.
