I attempted to use my cellphone banking yesteday only to be denied access, i then contact the call centre and was advised that my pin had been blocked and that i need to go into the branch to re activate it.
this morning i went to the bank and was assist by a gentlemen who then reset my password and was advised that all was okay and that i can start transecting on this service again. i then attempted to log on when got to work only to recieve a message say that my cellphone was not registered on RVN. i called the call centre again to explain what this means as i had registered and my pin was no okay, the agent the explained to me that i have go back into the branch to activate this service. i am sick and tired of running up and down for the same thing, this is a waste of my time and money. can someone please assist urgently!
