It seems like African Bank only responds when I post on HelloPeter so from now on I guess HelloPeter will be the agent between me and African Bank.
I have been struggling with getting my credit card off the warming phase ever since I got it, I sent my FICA documents on the 26th January and today is the 30th January and still my account has not been opened or rather removed from the warming phase. I called the Wonderpark office to confirm and I was told that it is still on the warming phase. I ask that it be removed.
Another matter, since I cant seem to win with African Bank I might find that I call and my airtime gets chowed for nothing so since I am here I might aswell ask for this..
I have asked African bank to change my cellophane number to 0846549443 yet I cant seem to access my cellphone banking, been trying ever since.
Please also assist me with that.
Please also confirm if my debit order is the 25th for all the accounts I have with African Bank.
