Useless cellphone and internet banking

Have been trying painfully to access internet banking with Nedbank. Went in to connect my cellphone number only to be told that they are offline. This was Saturday before Christmas. I went in Sunday and the lady who helped me looked confused, asking her colleague next to her most of the questions. When I asked if I could connect my cellphone via the Nedbank app (which I showed her) she showed me to another lady who informed me that although they have these things in place and know about them they dont know how to work them. Pathetic. I then went home and tried to connect via my app, (didnt work) then via the mobi site which instructed me download the app which I already knew didnt work. I decided to call the call centre which is another option Nedbank gives on their website to access cellphone banking only to be told that I will need to dial *120*001#, why was I not told that in the first place??? So finally its all connected and I want to start adding beneficiaries, ERROR comes across my screen. I call the call centre only to be told there is nothing they can really do, I will have to go back into the branch. I have now given up and will be looking into other banking institutions.
