Good Day

My HTC One X had problems with the touch screen (software problem), I gave my phone to MTN with only few scratches on the screen, in good condition with no damages the 27/12/2012 Thursday, they send it to HTC, I received another phone back in January 2013 the phone had scratches on the camera lens, so I sended it back.
I received the same phone on the 04/02/2013 with the same scratches on the lens and the screen was loose at the bottom, so I sended it back.

One the 28/02/2013 I received the same phone again, MTN e-mailed the area manager, still no response
(aparently the e-mails are not working at the moment).

It has been 2 months now and I still do not have a repaired phone.
I gave them a phone in good condition and expect to receive a phone in good condition back.

Hopefully I will get a response soon.
