I have completed a network coverage problem form 12/06/2013. It was escalated 2/07/2013. And it was assigned 8/07/2013. Now today im told its reassigned. I dont have internet. I need it to do my job! I want a manager to phone me now. Not a call centre consultant. I want preferably the contract manager to phone me so i can cancel this useless contract im paying for. I havent received one piece of feedback in the last 2 weeks. I have to keep phoning, and im paying because 'thank goodness' i dont have a cellc phone.
I have to use my mtn phone to tether so i cqn do my job! Cellc will have to reimburse me for every cent i had to spend on internet. Im fed up!!!
