Failure to close account and return deposit

I used to rent a Telkom business line for my business in tongaat. However, this business had closed down at the end of June 2013 and I went to the Telkom shop in Ballito where I told them to cancel it. I emailed Telkom after that calling them to let them know that the line must be disconnected and my name must be removed from the account. I received a bill on the 1 July 2013 which I have paid but I have not gotten any feedback just a another bill. I WILL NOT PAY THIS BILL and I WOULD LIKE MY R1000 REFUNDABLE DEPSOIT FOR THE LINE BACK. I am tired of contacting Telkom and would appreciate it if Telkom contacted me urgently to resolve this matter before I take it further.
