A fraudelent acc was opened in my husbands name although I applied and signed application forms. They keep promising this will be corrected. Not done yet since 25 July 2013. They keep promising I will be included in emails send for correction of this, still did not happen. They suspended my husbands cell services due to their opened acc which was linked to my husbands cell phone. He will be blacklisted due to their negligence and I am not able to correct my acc as well due to this mess. I requested a meeting and will see if they respond to this or just ignore me as they ignore all my other requests. Where can I report this acc or do we need now to involve the police as well? Just asking as this seems so unnecessary as it can be sorted internally at Altech Autopage. But what do one do if you don't get any assistance from anyone there? Mr Greyvensteis words: I am the only trying to help you" yesterdat 23/9/2013 when I phoned him and asked for assistance again. He is in upgrades so why did he handled the app in the first place if it was a new app and not forwarded to correct dept? Also cannot register for My Account still ino my husband
