After my complaint vodacom finally responded and came and tested the signal at my house on Friday 19/07 and said that they would give me feedback to my problem with no signal. As i heard nothing from them i called today at 14h00 and spoke to Beth/Bez? who said she would find out. She called me at 14h10 and assured me that Gillian who is handling my case would phone me back within the next 5 min. It is now two hours later and have received no call from Gillian. Does vodacom only respond to complaints logged?
