For a while in Randfontein, Finsbury we had a Vodacom problem with the signal that affected the cellphones and data coverage. I logged a complaint on Vodacom website and the same day I was called by a lady from the network department who wanted to know what the problem was. I was impressed as I had lodged a complaint in the morning and the following day called again to check if I still experience a problem after something was done with my complaint and yes there has been an improvement in the signal now and thank you much Rowena (Rowena Kruger) for the feedback and always calling me to find out if all is well until the call was resolved and closed.
