Poor communication and no feedback on complaints
Almost a month ago I sent this complaint. The only response I got was a phone call to tell me that they are investigating and will come back to me. In the meantime I am frustrated because I do all my internet work by 3G and sometimes have no signal. all I want Vodacom is to send a technician to my home and tell me what I can do to get a better signal, because my neighbor 30 meter from my house get a perfect signal. my refno.
