Upon signing a 2 year data contract of 2GB per month @ R99/ month where I asked the agent to confirm that only costs that would be billed is the contract amount of R99/ month, no extra costs, which was confirmed.
Costs have been huge, resolving the issue with Cell C non-productive (I must get a letter from the store admitting fault - they refused) and in order to prevent further costs I've put a block on the account.
Why am I responsible to pay their agents mistake? Especially as he is the one who recommended the product to me, he should have been acquainted with the facts!! Especially as I ASKED the costs expected of me to ensure that my budget could accommodate the account.
