Dear Vodacom,
My account with your company is stuck at Autopage. I payed Autopage to be released from my contract because after 15 years of incompetence I could no longer. Right now Autopage says the account is marked as a Pay as you go account. Vodacom says the account is still on contract.
Autopage says switch of the phone every night untill it transfers (but they keep subtracting money from my account) Vodacom call centre says Autopage should have given you a transfer date.
Why do I have to even dial two numbers consistently. I am your client, your relationship with Autopage should be reviewed and my number which is the good will of my company needs to be released so that I have the freedom of renewing my contract with your company.
The question now is - is the actions of Autopage and the non action of Vodacom not helping me consider one of the other providers as a better option. Please solve the matter or place me in contact with the person who should be able to solve the matter!!!
