Hidden costs

After deciding to change to a laptop instead of a phone in my contract with cell c, I realised that there were additional costs that were being debited. these extra costs were never spoken or discussed about upon me upgrading the contract, and when I query about them no definite answer is given, only threats of legal action are made.
