Since Feb 2012 I've been trying to get an itemised legal fees/costs bill - promised by everyone I've spoken to at Propell - Including by you Mariska Palva! who responds for Propel
Every month I pay my levy which IS up to date DESPITE what they come back and write here
Every month I pay (more than) my payment arrangement amount
Every month they still debit all kinds of ILLIGITIMATE costs
Every month I ask them to reverse those costs
Every month they agree
Every month they add 34.8% interest on those illegally debited costs which are already carrying a year or more of 34.8% per month
Every month, I ask them for an itemised legal costs schedule - which makes up the amount I ACTUALLY owe Propell
Every month they promise to send it to me
Every month I don't receive it
Every month I again receive an incorrect bill
Propell Former Legal Director(?) Gerrit, now heads up PST!!!
September I wrote to the CEO
He appointed someone to resolve
Ignored their responsibility to provide me with info
Didn't check facts
Got their standard legal action threat
Hoping they will finally take legal action which I will defend and close them down
