Cell C contract of 2 GB at R99 per month, with an initiation fee, was signed on 16 February 2013, including extra cost if data use exceeds limit. No hidden costs were guaranteed during contract signing. On first invoice extra costs are billed by Cell C - secondary service providers that Cell C allow to bill on their account.
Four written queries to Cell C customer Department went unanswered. Cell C is operating contracts and their accounts on very dubious business principles. I demand cancellation of additional fees, and if Cell C bills again for any services except their 2 GB data, for which contract is valid, contract will be cancelled.
