I ran out of data last month the 14th and just wanted to add an extra 500MB till the end of the month (April). According to me if you do that you get the data pay for it and that's that. But with cellc they add it on top of your contract WONDERFUL! So I called cellc and asked them to cancel it after I found out about the extra costs every month for the next 24 months. I got the deal 2gig for R99. I had a look at how much data I had left and found out I had to pay R283 or something like that end of the month (May). I called customer service and asked what is going on and why didn't you guys cancel it when I asked for it and and was told it has been cancelled? A call has been logged with you guys but now I need to wait and see what is going to happen. I will not pay for something I asked to be cancelled. This is not my fault but one of your agents fault. Service from you guys is pathetic. I want to cancel my contract with you guys with immediate effect without extra costs involved.
