Still not good enough

So finally after 24 days I get the good news that my Blackberry service will be up and running. BUT now I will be getting BAS instead of BIS because apparently the system recognises my upgrade went through before the whole BIS conversion which I think is BS if you ask me. I hav'nt had Blackberry Service for almost the whole month and its only going to be loaded in 2 to 24 hours TODAY which is not my fault. I want the BIS service and not BAS cause a system error me of 24 days service and no compensation is BS. Here is the REF# from 808, 2441981. Really not my problem that I should now lose out cause of a system error and if it was that my BAS service was loaded when I did the upgrade initially it would'nt be a problem. But compensation is in order. And this time I would like to see results.
