I took in my phone for repairs early December and this was the 2nd time im taking it. On the report given to me, it clearly said repairs do not take more than 30days. I have been waiting and waiting for more than 30days and each time i call client services no one is able to tell me when i will get it or whats going on.
I need this resolved as a matter of urgency. I have a 3 contracts with Nashua and has been a loyal customer for years and im not happy about the service im receiving.
