After all the difficulty and poor customer service at the Virgin Mobile call centre (including some line managers) I found Londiwe. She is the only individual that actually listened to the customer and went out of her way to resolve my situation.

Best customer service i have experienced and i hope people like you get rewarded within the Virgin group.
