I got a cell at the specified vodacom delear and the consultants service was good but the cell, it was switching on and off automatically and couldnt connect to the internet. Out of frastration I opted to reboad the cell by taking out the battery and putting it back however as a result the cell cover was scratched a little, because of that it was not replaced instead they say they will repair it. My cell came back this time it was not auto switching off and off but still couldnt connect to internet, I am typing like this I still can't get to facebook, twitter etc the only time I am lucky its VERY/VERY/VERY/VERY SLOW. Its actually worse than a cell I used for about 12months mined you I am taking about a Nokia Lumia 820 (they call it smart phone but theres nothing smart about it)
ANYBODY FROM VODACOM' PLEASE ADVICE AS TO WHAT TO DO IN THIS REGARD? I CAN'T HAVE A CELL OF THIS MODEL AT THIS POOR-SERVICE! I NEED MY MONEY'S WORTH
