I don't know who to turn to anymore.

My troubles started about nearly 2 weeks ago with my ADSL line, connectivity and speed, i've been on the phone with some of the most incompetent customer service advisors i've ever dealt with with the most pathetic of them all being Portia, the last person i spoke to.

i pay a monthly fee of about R520 for a 2meg speed line and yet for the past 2 weeks im averaging 0, 6mb/s and it seems telkom just doesn't give a, i've spoken to a couple of people ALL doing a quick fix which only works for a couple of hours then back to ice ages again.

this is unacceptable as im paying for something and yet getting something else, therefore meaning Telkom is effectively from me.

why cant anybody just sort out my problem, this has gone on for far too long, its affecting my business for crying out loud!!!
