As I am sure most of the people reading this are aware of the ongoing issues with Telkom and their ADSL service. If you Google anything related to Telkom and their ADSL you will see how many complaints and issues there are out there with regards to ADSL speed issues and congested exchanges (which Telkom deny).
I am paying for a 4 meg line and I have just paid for my monthly subscription. For the past 2 weeks I have been getting speeds slower than a 1 meg line.
If Telkom are aware of these issues and they have the ability to see how their exchanges are operating, I would expect some sort of reimbursement seeing as though I am not getting what I am paying for and they know about it.
