I have been battling to get my issues resolved for the past 4 months, i complained about internet usage on my iphone as i am using my home internet to update my software and all other things, i then logged in a complain and was sent to Apple but i took a contract through Cell C, i then called to query about the issue and spoke to a stupid, incompetent girl by the name of Cynthia Diloke and couldn't even answer a single question she started speaking in tongues and placed me on hold for 25 minutes while parked on the side of the road then she hang up and didnt even call me back that, i then called to speak to either her or her manager and as usual the managers arent available and was told they will call me back as soon as possible and till now no call has come through, what do i have to do to get assistance???
