Our ADSL line has been running at exceptionally slow speeds for over 2 weeks. We have logged numerous faults which just get closed and we experience the same speeds. We are on a 4MB line and our line would sync at those speeds. We are now experiencing speeds below 1MB, usually around 384kb. We are paying for one of their top services and not getting what we pay for. A technician actually came and told us to get a new modem, which we did, only to find out our old modem was fine and had to return the newly purchased one - pathetic!
