I called the 140 number at about 14h45, spoke to Cynthia, after 17 minutes on the phone she still could not answer a very simple question, how much am I paying for my current 100MB data. I asked to speak to her manager as clearly she cannot help me, the phone was dropped in my ear. I then called back, another 12 minute, but at least I got my answer. I requested a call back from the CC Manager within 10 minutes, well 25 minutes passed no call back. Your Service is really not what one would expect from such a big company. I still want you to listen to the first call and tell me what Cynthia is doing if she cannot even answer a simple question from a client. I also need someone to come back to me and tell me why is new customers getting deals like R89 for 2 gigs. But when I want to increase my data, I need to pay R310 for 2gigs, or even R75 for 500MB. Your long term customers seems not be important enough to give the same deal as new customers? Thank you Cell C for again showing me, that loyalty to your company means nothing, I must rather jump around between companies then to stay loyal to you.
