I have ported from Vodacom to CellC. A lady called me on 21/2/2013 at 12:38 to get all details. The call lasted 16minutes. My contract was approved on a 400 contract for 6 months.

I have logged it on hello Peter last week. That got some response. I was advised to buy a cell C pre paid package (which was a challenge as I have a micro sim Iphone 4.)
The agent would have called me back on Friday at 12 but have not. I then logged a complaint to Cell C Customer service. An agent called me yesterday and promised to call me back today at 09h00. I have not had a call.
It seems Cell C only responds when complaints are on Hello Peter. I have also phoned 084 140 / 145. Only being transferred between 6 people of which not one could help.
My question, how complicated is it to open a new account? Is it that difficult? Is this a sign of how the service is going to be? Is Cell C the right choice.
I would have gone to a cell C shop, but I cannot find a single Cell C outlet in the Pretoria CBD?
