I received my cell phone bill on the 14th Jan and noticed that i was charged R116.46 for internet usage. I have a blackberry with BIS activated. I have the contract for almost 2 years and have never been charged for internet. I called in to the customer center and logged a call on the 17th. never got any response so I called back again on the 24th, iIwas told that IT is still investigating. I receive a generic sms on the 27th telling me that you are charged for the following: live apps; using my phone as a modem; steaming on youtube;downloading from untrusted sites and international roaming... I have done none of these things. I called your call center again this morning and spoke to Samukeliswe spent 30 minutes on a call and was told that i did all those things... her manager Wayne Sloan will apparently contact me... hopefully that happens... this will be the first time cell c returns one of my calls. All I want to know is what exactly I am being billed for... surely cell c can tell me this... I have never done any of which i am being accused of!!! please can I get some sort of resolution to my query! The reference no I was given is 3011701470
