I have never felt so humiliated, disrespected and disregarded like I did on wed the 24.07.2013 after being called by a CellC agent. I warned the agent about legislation and tried to teach him and sentence or two as to how to treat a client. CellC picks consultants from streets who goes on and abuse clients. This consultant kept calling me throughout the day and the following morning. CellC I unfortuanately took a contract in 2009 and due to the fact that the company I worked for then liquidated, I was forced to cancel the contract. You were loyal in sending me statements until I made a R2000 contribution. And you stopped sending track of my credit.
All was well until last year when I discovered that you listed me, I called in and enquired and was told that I owe you R3750, but how... what happened to the statements. I would appreciated a statements that reflect my payment history and please may your Circus agents learn legislation and how to treat customers and never to call me again.
