I applied for a new contract on the 8th of January.
First off all I was informed that the contract which I was applying for does not exist until I showed Mbali the brochure which is stacked within the store. I then applied for the contract, whereby approval was given. I then asked Mbali if I could upgrade this, which she said is no problem. Until today I have not yet been migrated to the new package, the phones do not get answered at MTN morningside and Mbali do not respond to any emails.
This is a pure exzmple of bad service.
